About Me
JenniferMarie has experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression,
trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional distress. She has also worked
extensively with clients in intensive outpatient mental health settings, supporting individuals with
complex mental health needs
She has a special interest in supporting women who feel overwhelmed by the invisible labor and
mental load of balancing relationships, family, careers, and the expectations they place on
themselves. Jennifer also enjoys working with couples who want to improve communication,
better understand their attachment styles, and break free from the patterns that keep them
feeling disconnected.
JenniferMarie’s approach is person-centered, warm, and collaborative. Clients often describe
her as relatable and easy to talk to, allowing them to feel comfortable enough to be honest,
explore difficult emotions, and create meaningful change. She believes therapy should feel like
a genuine conversation where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to build the life and
relationships they want.
WHY STATEMENT
I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to sit on the other side of the room. I have
experienced the healing that can happen when someone truly listens, offers compassion without
judgment, and helps you see yourself in a new way. That experience inspired me to become the
kind of therapist I once needed.
Today my passion is helping women and couples slow down, make sense of their experiences,
and better understand how their stories, attachment patterns, and relationships have shaped
who they are. When people begin approaching themselves and each other with curiosity instead
of criticism, meaningful change becomes possible.
It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they discover their strengths, navigate life’s
challenges, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
